Travel Agents commission is paid on all Adult 'Point to Point' one way fares and Child fares on -
- The Overlander train (Auckland/Wellington/Auckland)
- The TranzCoastal train Christchurch/ Kaikoura/Picton/Kaikoura/Christchurch),
- The TranzAlpine train (Christchurch/Arthurs Pass/Greymouth/Arthurs Pass/Christchurch)
- The Coastal Connection train/ferry services (Wellington/Kaikoura/Christchurch)
- The Overland Connection train/ferry service (Auckland/Wellington/Christchurch).
- All Scenic Rail Passes purchases
- All rail vacation packages
- Interislander Ferry 'Flexi Passenger and Vehicles Fares only
All you need to do, is enter the Passenger lead name in the 'Booking Name' field, all passenger/s travelling in the 'Passenger Names' field, and a, Consultant's name, your agency name and address
in the 'Address' field, agency phone number in the 'Telephone' field and
payment (the nett amount) will be charge to to the agency Visa/Master credit/debit card in the 'Payment Details' field.
The nett amount of your reservation will be charged to your Agency Visa (Not Visa Electron) credit/debit card, Mastercard credit/debit card and Diners Club card.
If you want to use an American Express for payment, there will be an additional 2% Transaction Fee that will be deducted from your commission.

Retail Partner -
As a Retail Partner, you can operate a Railnewzealand.com reservation support centre in your own city, region or country, using your own national language plus English.
As a Retaill Partner, you will will have access to our online global availability reservation ticketing system for online fares, seat availability and reservations, be linked into our internet phone network by have your own 'In Country' internet telephone number and your own email address.
You will be paid commission for every reservation that is made.
